Food for thought!

Recall I posted  chocolate eclairs to order by Mariam well here's a menu of what she does.
Mariam received her culinary studies certification from Liaison College of Culinary Art
in Toronto, Canada. Her work experience includes La Creperie, a bistro in the Distillery
district in downtown Toronto, for 1 year. She has also worked at the Ritz Carlton 
Bahrain Hotel and Spa in the pastry department for 1year under the supervision of a 
world-renowned French pastry chef. Her credentials include having taken artisan bread
and chocolate master courses by World- Bread Master Chef Pierre Zimmerman from the 
French Pastry School of Chicago
